The technology advancement in the past few years has allowed the internet to take over a large piece of the pie called “Casino”. In the past it seemed that Las-Vegas pretty much had the monopoly over the casino industry. Las
Vegas attracted gamblers from all over the world to come and play and it still does.

The question is what will be the on the menu in the future? Will people get tired of going to the real casino or prefer playing from the comfort of their very own home. People who have visited real casinos know there is
nothing like that thrill. But how many times can you go before it gets old? Online casinos have advanced to the point they have a large piece of the casino profit. Will Vegas ever get out of the picture?

Today it is known that millions of online gamblers log on and spend real money playing on the net. It is also known that hundreds of new comers sign up to these casino online websites every single day. Another fact is that there are hundreds of online gambling websites and new ones are added daily.

Is this felt by the casinos in Vegas and around the world? Are their profits lower than before the age of the internet? Is this ever growing industry going to affect Las Vegas so much that the city closes down? We shall see watch the progress closely but it is likely to happen not in out lifetime!
